Hi everyone, today I would like to show you my second and last guest design project for Crealies for this month and also my last Christmas card of this season. Crealies is a fabulous Dutch die and stamp company (that also ships outside the Netherlands).
Today I’m showing you two versions of the same card design.

Step 1:
I started this project by stamping the wreath image and the holly clusters from the Crealies CLRS09 stamp set onto Copic friendly paper, twice, using Memento “Tuxedo Black“ ink. I let the ink dry well!
Then I coloured the images using my Copic markers. I used the following colours: G12, G40, G16, BG78, R0000, R43, R29, R89, E44 and E59. When the colouring was done I added back in some highlights using a white Gelly Roll Pen.

Step 2:
Next I die cut two deer using the CLSH04 die set and some brown glitter paper. I also fussy cut the wreath image using my Fiskars scissors. For the inner part of the wreath I used a craft knife.

Step 3:
Then I die cut my background panel using one of the dies in the nesting die set with number 24 and some white linen textured card stock. On this panel I stamped the CLBP133 stamp several times using second generation stamping and Distress Ink in the colour “Evergreen Bough“.

Step 4:
Now I can put my cards together: from some matching red card stock I die cut a slightly larger mat using one of the dies in the number 10 nesting die set. Then I adhered the white background panel and the red panel together using liquid glue. On this combination I adhered the wreath, the holly clusters, the deer and also the text that I die cut using a text die by Crealies (CLTD102) and some red glitter paper. The wreath and the deer I adhered using one millimetre thick foam tape and the holly clusters and the text I adhered using liquid glue.

For the second card I used the same elements except the deer and adhered them in a different design to the background panel.
And to finish these cards I only have to adhere the combined panels with the elements on top to some white linen textured card bases.
And that’s it for today’s project. Thank you Annelies for having me as a guest designer again, I had a blast while creating these projects!
I wish you all a creative day and fabulous Christmas holidays!
