Hi everyone, I don’t know if you remember, but earlier this year I shared some cards created with a handmade Lindy’s and Salt background! Well, it turned out that some of these panels wanted to end as Christmas cards, but at that time it was to early in the year to show them to you guys (you would probably have thought I was nuts, making Christmas cards in April, but then again maybe you think I'm nuts making them in September, oh well ...)!
So, I made them back then and I’m showing them to you now! Let’s get started!

Step 1:
How I created the papers with the salt background I’m explaining HERE! The exact colours I used are in that post as well!

Step 2:
Then I first die cut two panels from the brighter coloured papers, these are two sizes smaller then my card base. Next I die cut all the elements that I wanted to use, using three of the papers that I could choose from.
I used: a die set by Clearly Besotted called “Shaker Shapes Merry Christmas Die Collection” (just the words), Stamplorations die “Let it Snow”, some snowflake dies of Ebay, My Favorite Things die set called “Fab Foliage” and the middle part of the “Mandala Die” by Altenew.

Step 3:
Now I can put my cards together: I die cut a slightly larger mat for each panel and adhered these panels together using liquid glue. Then I could adhere this combination to a crème coloured linen textured card base using one millimetre thick foam tape. And to finish these cards I adhered the separate elements on top using liquid glue.
I totally love how easy and fun these cards are!
