Hi everyone, today I’m sharing this fun Christmas card with you all!
I started my project by printing this digital image by Lili of the Valley called “Carol Singing” onto alcohol marker friendly paper. Next I die cut around the image using a rectangle nesting die set.

Now I can colour the image using my Spectrum Noir TriBlend alcohol markers. I used the following markers: Fair Skin Blend marker, Tan Blend marker, Coral Blend marker, Pale Pink Shades marker, Dark Red Blend marker, Dark Red Shades marker, Dull Green Blend marker, Gold Yellow Blend marker, Ice Grey Shades marker, Ice Grey Blend marker, Earth Brown Blend marker, Earth Brown Shades marker and Ice Blue Blend marker.
After the colouring is done I added back in some highlights using a white gel pen.
Now that my colouring is done I can focus on the rest of my card design: for this I first die cut a slightly larger rectangle shaped dark grey pane and adhered both panels together using liquid glue.

From design paper from my stash I die cut a rectangle panel one size smaller than my card base. Onto this panel I stamped my sentiment using black ink (today’s sentiment is from the Clearly Besotted “Sweet Little Sentiments” stamp set). Now I can adhere the panel with the added sentiment onto my white linen textured card base using liquid glue. And to finish the card I only have to adhere the coloured image with it’s mat onto the card using one millimetre thick foam tape.

And that is it for today’s card project! I wish you a creative day!
