Hi everyone, today I’m sharing this fun and happy card project with you all!

I started my project by printing this digital image by Mo’s Digital Pencil called “Seeya!” onto alcohol marker friendly paper. Now I can colour the image using my Spectrum Noir TriBlend alcohol markers. I used the following marker colours: Coral Blend, Fair Skin Blend, Tan Blend, Gold Brown Shades, Gold Brown Blend, Brown Grey Shades, Citrus Blend, Dark Red Shades, Dark Red Blend, Jade Green Blend, True Blue Blend en True Blue Shades. After the colouring is done I added back in some highlights using a white gel pen and I fussy cut the image leaving a small border.

Now that my focal point is ready I can work on my background: for this I looked through my design paper stash until I found a paper that looked nice with this image and I die cut a rectangle panel two sizes smaller than my card base. Onto this panel I stamped my (Dutch) sentiment (this is a very old stamp set by Joy! Crafts) using black ink.

Finishing the card is easy: I die cut a slightly larger rectangle panel from matching blue card stock and adhered both rectangle panels together using liquid glue and I adhered this combination onto a creme coloured card base using one millimetre thick foam tape, followed by adding the coloured and fussy cut image on top also using one millimetre thick foam tape.

And that is it for today’s card project! I wish you a creative day!
