Hi everyone, today I would like to share with you all my last JMA Guest Project and today I’m creating this art journal spread. Let’s get started!

Step 1:
My base on the left hand side is part of the JMA-WAC-SCRAP74 large design paper and on the right hand page I used a page from the actual journal and adhered some scraps of the same scrap paper using gel medium and let that dry.

Step 2:
Next I looked for a fun quote online and printed that out, transfered the text onto the right hand page by tracing and I filled in the text using a black Faber Castell PITT Artist Pen (S).
For the left hand side I started with stamping the circle shape from the JMA-ES-STAMP67 onto vellum using black ink and heat embossing the circle shape using clear embossing powder. Next I cut out the circle shape using my scissors. This I did three times.
I also stamped some of the flower images from the STAMPJMA05 and JMA-ES-STAMP138 stamp set onto Strathmore Bristol Smooth Surface Paper using a juicy black ink and heat embossing the lines using a clear embossing powder (best results after using an anti-static powder tool on the paper before stamping the images) and I also fussy cut the images.
Lastly I die cut some reinforcers for the holes of the journal pages from green card stock using the Crealies CLJP650 Binder Reinforcements Shapes die set.

Step 3:
Now I can colour the flower images using my JMA Light Markers in combination with a water brush. I used the following colours: Pale Cream, Golden Yellow, Peony Deep, Magenta Deep, Old Red and Pine Forest. After the colouring is done I added back in some highlights using a white gel pen.

Step 4:
I stamped some additional details onto the paper using images from the same JMA-ES-STAMP67 stamp set as mentioned before. I adhered the vellum and flower images onto the left hand side using one millimetre thick foam tape and tape runner and to finish the project I adhered the hole reinforcements and edged the pages using Memento “Espresso Truffle” and “Peanut Brittle” ink in combination with a foam applicator tool.

And that is it for my last JMA Guest Project, I loved working with these fabulous collections the past year and Jenine is such a nice person, it was a pleasure to work with her!
I wish you a creative day!
