Jenine’s Mindful Art: Guest Project: Strong Enough

Hi everyone, today I have a quick and easy card project to show you all!

Step 1:

I started my project by die cutting a panel of watercolour paper one size smaller than my card base. I temporarily adhered this panel to my glass work surface and placed my stencil of choice, this one is JMA-ES-MASK77 (Open Flower Bouquet), over this panel and applied three colours of glitter paste over the stencil using a palette knife. After taking of the stencil I let the panel dry (and cleaned up the stencil and the palette knife).

I used the following colours of glitter paste by Imagination Crafts (Sparkle Medium): Jade, Gold Shine and Old Rose.

Step 2:

Next I adhered my sentiment stickers (from the stickerbook STICKERJMA04) onto some black card stock and cut around it using my scissors, leaving a small border.

Now I can put my card together: I used a grey coloured card base and adhered the glitter panel on top using one millimetre thick foam tape. And to finish the card I now only have to adhere the sentiment strips on top, also using one millimetre thick foam tape.

And that is it for today’s card project! I wish you a creative day!
